"Huh, What do you mean by that?" Ren asked, confused by his answer.

"I have been noticing curious things as well, such as people drilling bartenders for information on my court." Jareth, King of the Rouge Court stepped up to the table the two were sitting at. "So, what can I do for you?"

"I'm suprised, the king himself, not one of his minions." replied Doragon then turned to Ren "This, Ren is the King of Bandits, king of bandits Ren, and king, please stop bweating the crap out of the people you steal from, the province hates his post.."

"This is a personal issue, it demands my personal attention. If you have problems with the way my people behave, take it up with them. I am their king, not their father." He gave a quick bow to the girl, Ren, noticing the very nice knife she was holding. He made a note of it. "You don't mind if I sit, do you?" Without waiting for an answer, he grabbed a stool and sat with them, signaling the bartender. After ordering his drink, he leaned back and looked at Heion. "Now, are you going to tell me what you want with my court?"

I want your court" said Heion replying "to not hurt so many people, it;s fine and all the people with the bruises and sore pride, but the people that get killed are not to be tolorated....there have been to many of late" he said twirling his cup around by the edges. He then leaned back two legs touching the ground and placed his forefinger and thumb on the bridge of his nose, rubbing the spot. "I just need the dead to stop piling up, ok?"

"What makes you think the dead are my fault? My people bring me baubles, not bodies. They report every mishap to me. Why would I want people dead? Less fools to rob. I suggest you look elsewhere for your killers. Perhaps these vampires I've been hearing of? Very difficult to keep vampire on a leash. I happen to have a close relationship with the vampire princess Akasha. She is, after all, my queen... for the time being." Jareth looked at Ren as he said this last sentence.

"This young woman" he said gritting his teeth at Jareth "has absolutly nothing to do with our business...." he finished, his chair banging as he came forward suddenly. "I will look other wheres though he said his smile coming back. "Akasha, the princess, the queen, the majestic, she has enough titles. I hope you keep your one.

"Don't worry Heion. I am happy with my lone title, but I would be warry of your tone when speaking of Akasha. She doesn't take kindly to people talking about her behind her back. Trust me..." he rubbed the scars on his neck, remembering how she had taught him a lesson for daring to try to steal from her.

"To slow are we king?" he asked smiling. Also remembering the woman, and how she had been....inviting. "Must improve on those distractions next time, vampires don't like the prey that runs.." he said talking about how the king had gotten those scars.

Ren just sat there listening to their conversation while holding the knife Heion had given her tightly. She was scared of this King of the bandits guy, and when he looked at her for some reason it sent chills down her spine. Cotinuing to listen to their conversation though. *Who's this Akasha person?* She thought. Then continuing again to listen in on the conversation she found out that Akasha is a vampire.

"She wasn't a distraction, I just tried to rob the wrong vampiress. I was lucky she let me get away with my neck. But now we are, close, you could say. (haha! get it?) We understand eachother and our limits. She is a prideful woman, Akasha. But she lives for her queen." Jareth looked off into the distance, thinking of the Vampire Queen. He had never met her, but had heard stories. She sounded very...intriguing. He hoped to meet her someday, and maybe even live to tell the tale.

Akasha glided into the tavern of rouges wearing a heavy cloak to keep the sun away, and saw her king, Jareth, and Heion and another girl sitting at a table. She walked over and slid one arm around Jareth. "Hello lovely. My ears have been burning. Have you lot been talking about me?" she dug her sharp nails into his skin, reminding him of the last time he had upset her.

Heion looked at the new addition to the conversation and smiled "Of course we've been talking about you, who else?" he said with a faint smile in his lips.

Akasha pouted. "Well, that's not very nice, is it? You wouldn't want me talking about you when you wern't around, would you?" She eyes shined lightly. "So what were you all talking about that the conversation came to me. Was Jareth running his mouth again?" her eyes slid to the King.

"Ah your clothing and how it's putting the street girls out of business" said Doragon insulting her. Then taking the drink in one hand and popping some cheese in the other.
